The Live Well Resource Fair is one of Alcosta Senior Center’s biggest events of the year. Its mission is to provide a wealth of information to the aging population living in Contra Costa County. Numerous service providers ranging from home care agencies, home health and hospice support, assisted living facilities, hospitals, meal support groups, estate planning consultants, real estate planners and non-profit organizations and foundations were present. It was a well-attended event with more than a hundred seniors who came with their family members.
